RAIN CHECK NIGHT AT THE FAIR SLATED FOR FRIDAY NIGHT – RIDE ALL NIGHT FOR ONLY $15Harrisburg, PA – Mayor Stephen R. Reed today announced that the Keystone Capital Fair will offer a special $15 ride-all-night offer tomorrow night, Friday July 16, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. The discounted ride offer is designed to encourage attendance at the inaugural Fair, which is in its final three days this weekend at the State Farm Show Complex. Reed said in addition to the Friday night discount, tonight, Thursday, July 15, is Coupon Night at the Fair, with attendees able to ride all night for only $12 with a valid coupon. Coupons were distributed throughout the Region to major employers such as HA.C.C., PSECU, the City, and others. The Fair opens to the public at 5 pm. this evening. The Mayor said Mayor’s Day at the Fair was a huge success today, with over 1,000 city youth ages 6-14 riding all day free of charge. “Our appreciation is extended to Mr. James Strates and Strates Shows for their generosity in allowing city youth to ride the Fair rides for free,” said Mayor Reed. “For many of our children, this will be the highlight of their summer fun.” Reed said the Keystone Capital Fair offers nearly 100 state of the art amusement rides, games and food, providing fun for the entire family. Set up on the parking lot of the Farm Show Complex at Cameron Street and Industrial Road, the Fair runs 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. tonight and tomorrow night, and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 11 p.m. Parking and admission are both free, and very affordable prices are charged for rides and games.
