NEW LAW FIRM LOCATES IN DOWNTOWN; KELLY, HOFFMAN & GODUTO LLP NOW HOUSED AT COMMERCE TOWERS

Harrisburg, PA—A new law firm has located in Harrisburg, Mayor Stephen R. Reed today announced during ribbon cutting ceremonies for the expansive new offices of Kelly, Hoffman and Goduto, LLP, at 300 N. Second Street in the Commerce Towers Building.

Reed said the new legal partnership is comprised of noted midstate attorneys Robert E. Kelly, Arthur K. Hoffman and Robert J. Goduto, and associate attorneys Marc A. Moyer and Donald L. Carmelite. The new firm was formed earlier this Spring.

The Mayor said the progressive new firm provides a full range of business and corporate services, including representing, counseling and defending clients in commercial litigation, professional liability, product liability, personal injury, property damage, workers compensation and employment matters. The firm also provides licensure services before various professional licensure boards and other administrative agencies.

Reed said the lawyers at KH&G represent mid-state manufacturing and service companies, and serve as counsel to an array of local corporations and insurance companies. The firm also focuses upon legal representation for health-related associations, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and related concerns, and they also provide personal legal services.

The Mayor said that in addition to the partners and associates, KH&G brings six additional new jobs to Harrisburg, with the firm occupying over 5,000 sq. ft. on the Tenth Floor of the distinctive Commerce Towers Building at 300 N. Second Street.

“We are delighted to welcome this outstanding new legal partnership to Harrisburg’s growing business base,” said Mayor Reed. “Their experienced legal staff is familiar with a wide range of concerns and issues and each of the partners and associates has an exemplary record of legal service here in the midstate. We think they’ll do very well here and we look forward to both their success, and most assured expansion in the months and years to come.”
