Where is the Office of the City Treasurer located?
The City Treasurer’s office is located just off the main lobby on the first floor of The City Government Center in Suite 103.

What are the business hours of the Office of City Treasurer?
The business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How should I make payments to the City Treasurer?
Please make all checks or money orders payable to “City Treasurer” and mail to:

The City Treasury accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and MAC from walk-in customers at the Treasury office.

Also, there is a payment drop box located at the rear of the City Government Center on River Alley for payments after normal business hours. Please DO NOT place correspondance (mail) or cash in this payment box.

How can I get a receipt(s) for my payment?
Your canceled check may serve as your receipt. However, if you are paying by mail and desire a separate receipt, a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) must be provided.

What is the function of the City Treasurer?
The Treasurer is charged with overseeing the collection, safekeeping and investment of City revenues, including all fees, fines and taxes. The City Treasurer also serves as collector for School District taxes. The actual billing and application of payments is the responsibility of other departments within the City Government and School District.
